Zhang Xuebing graduated as Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and completed his LL.M. degree at Duke University in the US. Mr. Zhang is the founding partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm which was established in 1993. Among other distinguished positions previously held by Mr. Zhang, he served as the former President of 8th and 9th Beijing Lawyers Association. Mr. Zhang is now taking many other positions in various public and private organizations, including the Vice President of All China Lawyers Association, Member of the Board of Directors of China University of Political Science and Law, and Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
Mr. Zhang has practiced law for 28 years and has acted as legal counsel or provided professional advice for over 100 Chinese or foreign enterprises, financial institutions and government agencies, gaining extensive experience in both litigation and non-litigation areas.
As the founding partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, Mr. Zhang has made great achievements in the management of the firm, for which he was awarded “Managing Partner of the Year 2005” by Asian Legal Business (ALB) in March 2006 and “Outstanding Achievement” by Chambers in February 2011.
