Ms. Yanhua Lin is a partner in the dispute resolution department of Fangda Partners, specialized in the area of dispute resolution, through litigation, arbitration to investigation and compliance matters.

Ms. Lin has extensive experience in the area of data privacy, information security and data transportation.  She has continuously advised the “Big 4” accounting firms on Chinese law issues related to state secrecy, data privacy and cross-border data production in connection with cross-border regulatory cooperation between China Securities Regulatory Commission and relevant foreign regulators including the US Securities and Exchange Commission.  She has also represented leading domestic and international internet companies and multinational companies in various matters involving data privacy and data production related to cross-border regulatory investigation and overseas litigation.  She has advised the clients on their data security and privacy protection policies.

Ms. Lin is also specialized in litigation and arbitration, in particular on cross-border disputes and the enforcement of foreign judgments/awards, professional negligence, financial disputes and environmental tortious actions.
