Mr. Yao XU is the Fosun Group General Counsel (International) and General Manager of Legal Department (International). He joined Fosun in 2010 and has, from the legal perspective, led the Group’s major insurance projects in Peak Re, Prudential, Fidelidade and Ironshore, etc.

Mr. XU has extensive years of experiences in the insurance industry in both China, France and other jurisdictions and holds Master of Insurance Law from University of Paul Cézanne (Aix-Marseille III)(France), Master of Law from University of Michigan (USA).
