Mr. Wei Huang is the Managing Partner of Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm. He is also the General Secretary at the Anti-monopoly Committee of the ACLA, and Arbitrator at China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission.

Mr. Huang has successfully represented his clients in a number of groundbreaking cases in antitrust law area, including the first foreign-involved cartel investigation case (LCD case), the first resale price maintenance case applying leniency policy in China (Baby Formula Case), the first antitrust investigation into vertical restraint in China (Liquor case), NDRC’s investigation into the cartel reached by Japanese auto parts manufacturers (Auto Parts Case), the first case of IP right abuse in China (IDC case), the investigation which resulted in the highest amount of fines in history (Qualcomm case), the first antitrust litigation heard by Supreme People’s Court(3Q War). Mr. Huang also has provided clients with prominent services in competition law compliance and merger control fillings.
