Li Zhaohui was graduated from the Law Department of Peking University in 1986,  received the bachelor of degree in law and then the MBA from the  School of Economy and Management of  Tsinghua University in June 2000.  Li Zhaohui  has spent almost all her career in-house and in nuclear field. She has been in China National Nuclear Corp. (CNNC) for twenty five years and  prior to that, was with the Ministry of Nuclear Industry for two years. She is now the General Counsel and news spokeswoman of China Nuclear Engineering Group Co.(CNEC), Senior Economist, first class corporate counsel.  She owns lawyer qualification and corporate counsel qualification, is the arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade  Arbitration Commission(CIETAC), member of International Nuclear Law Association(INLA), the member of  expert committee for drafting the Energy Law, Atomic Energy Law and Nuclear Safety Law of China. She is the Director of Legal Committee of China Enterprise Association Of National  Defense Industry, Vice Chairman of  the  Energy Law Research  Committee of China Law Society, Vice Director of Women Committee of China Nuclear Society.
