Ms. Hannah Cao joined Silk Road Fund in 2015 and serves as the Deputy General Counsel.  Previously, she practiced law in New York and Beijing at international law firms for 12 years. Earlier in her career, she worked for four years at the International Department of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Headquarters.

Ms. Cao holds a BA in International Economics from Peking University, a MA in International Relations from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
