A Council Member and and Vice-President of HKICS, Vice-Chairman of Professional Development Committee of HKICS.

Dr. Gao is currently the Board Secretary and General Counsel of Sinotrans Limited (stock code 598).  He is responsible for discharging company secretarial functions and coordinating with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with the relevant rules and regulations and corporate governance standards. He is also a director of Sinoair, a Shanghai listed company ( stock code 600270).

Dr. Gao holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Beijing University of Science and Technology; a master’s degree in economics from Central University of Finance and Economics; a doctorate degree in law from University of International Business and Economics, and a legal professional qualification.

Dr. Gao completed the IQS examinations in Beijing and was admitted to Associateship in 2009.  He became a Fellow of HKICS and ICSA in May 2011.
