Ms. Fu Tong, the General Counsel and Vice-President of Qihoo 360, EMBA of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Ms. Fu has received comprehensive law education in Fudan University and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and obtained law degree. She is also the Member of Beijing Law Committee of Jiu San Society, the Vice-Chairman of the Patent Protection Association of China, the Vice-Chairman of China Trademark Association, Executive Director of Technology & Finance & Law Research Institution, Visiting Professor of Chinese People’s Public Security University, Extramural Postgraduate Supervisor of Renmin University, and Part-time Social Tutor of Xi’an Jiaotong University.

Ms. Fu has practiced law in international investment corporation and well-known domestic law firms.She also served as the chief lawyer of TOM Group and led the legal team to obtain ALB China Law Awards “The Best Company Legal Apartment in China” in the year of 2006.

Ms. Fu joined the domestic biggest internet security company ——Qihoo 360 in September 2010 and served as the General Counsel. And she took full charge of company’s legal affairs, intellectual affairs as well as the policy research of law and industry.

In terms of legal affairs, cases presented by her such as “3 Jin””3Q” and “3B” attracted industry、users and legal parties` attention. In terms of intellectual property, Ms. Fu led 360 intellectual property team gained the award of “China’s most outstanding IP team” in the year of 2014. Meanwhile, 360 got “Zhongguancun’s first batch of intellectual property leaders” in the year of 2014. 360 also got “Chinese patent award of excellence” for two years in a row and “The 3rd invention patent award of Beijing”. In the same year, 360`s application quantity in both utility patent and PCT international patent have all reached top ten in China, and the company also applied 360 digital label successfully. Moreover, 360 was awarded as “China IP Champions” by British IAM.

Under the leadership of Ms. Fu, 360 has built a long term corporation relationship with over 20 universities such as Peking University Law School, Renmin University Law School and Chinese People’s Public Security University Law School, which promoted the combination of legal theory and practice.
